This 2020 serigraph by SHAG to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the publication of David Bowie’s album “THE MAN WHO SOLD THE WORLD” in 1970. The entire edition was SOLD-OUT in a fraction of minutes as expected because SHAG’s fans joined forces with myriad of fans of David Bowie.
The serigraph is set in mid-century modern London and features imagery of the several incarnations of David Bowie across the years (including his iconic alter ego, Ziggy Stardust). In this rare, unique SOLD-OUT edition Lou Reed, Andy Warhol and Bowie’s wife Iman, also make cameo appearances. Would you be able to identify other Bowie’s famous friends portrayed in this serigraph?
